Bilateral attested inspections

A photographed record both sides agree on.

Two parties photograph, film, or voice-record the same asset, attest to what they see, and get a locked, tamper-evident record — with trackable checklists, itemized deposit deductions, and shared property history.

Built for situations where two people need to agree on what they're looking at

How it works

  1. 1 Document. The first party works through a suggested room-by-room checklist, photographing (or filming, or voice-recording) the asset — each item is hashed on upload, and circling specific damage is one click away.
  2. 2 Send for review. The other party gets an emailed link — no account needed on their end.
  3. 3 Both attest. Agree it's accurate, or attach one dispute note.
  4. 4 Locked record. A SHA-256 hash seals the record the moment both parties respond — no blockchain, just a tamper-evident chain in the database, printed on the PDF.
  5. 5 Settle up, if needed. Itemize security deposit deductions against the specific photos that justify them, before the final report goes out.
