Terms of Use

Effective August 26, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AOQ Consulting, LLC ("Sealpair," "we," "us"), governing your use of sealpair.com and the Sealpair application (the "Service"). By creating an account, finalizing an inspection, or responding to an inspection as a counterparty, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What Sealpair is — and isn't

Sealpair helps two parties document the condition of an asset together, attest to what they see, and produce a tamper-evident record (a locked set of photos/video/audio, a record hash, and a timestamped attestation from each party). It's a documentation tool.

Sealpair is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and makes no guarantee that a record produced through the Service will be accepted as evidence in any dispute, proceeding, or jurisdiction. Whether and how a Sealpair record is useful to you is something you should evaluate yourself, or with your own legal counsel, based on your situation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, voice memos, and other content you upload. By uploading it, you grant Sealpair a license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service — including to the counterparty on that inspection, and in the PDF report and public record-hash verification page (which reveals only that a matching sealed record exists, never the content itself). You're responsible for having the right to upload whatever you upload.

Payments and subscriptions

Intellectual property

The Service itself — its design, code, and branding — belongs to Sealpair. These Terms don't grant you any right to use the Sealpair name or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users of the Service to do the same. If you believe content uploaded to Sealpair infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at privacy@sealpair.com including:

We'll respond to valid notices consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question. Someone whose content is removed can send a counter-notice to the same address; we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that a record it produces will hold up in any particular dispute or proceeding.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sealpair and AOQ Consulting, LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.

Termination

You can stop using the Service, and delete draft or pending inspections, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
